Consulting Accelerator Program
Energeia created the Consultant Accelerator Program (CAP) to develop the required skills and experience of our team members to become a successful consulting professional in a short, 6-month timeframe.
The CAP ensures our team has the best opportunity to succeed in this complex and technical sector by mastering our sophisticated economic modelling and programming techniques.
As an Associate in this program, you will receive 6 months of on-the-job training on our processes, tools, and methodologies, paired with other employees, and mentored by the Managing Director.
